"Welcome Home" to A Church Without Walls!

A Church Without Walls was formed with the vision of reaching people on a more personal level than is normally achieved in larger churches.  Using the style of church learned from Biblical times, particularly in the Book of Acts, Pastor Ron Ward teaches those entrusted to his care in a "simple church" format.  Members and their guests meet in homes every Sunday morning, where they read God's Holy Word, pray, fellowship, and do much the same things you might do in a larger church.  The difference is, if people are experiencing specific needs, the focus of the meeting can be changed to fulfill those needs.  The focus is on the members of the group and the needs they may have, not so much on a particular meeting structure.  Here is a video about how house churches are revolutionizing the way we worship God. 

The church slogan is "Enlarging God's Kingdom one home at a time".  Church attendees become part of the "family", and are cared for by a loving pastor.  Aside from the weekly meetings, once each month everyone gets together for a "Gathering".  Gatherings are social events whereas the church might visit the zoo, enjoy a picnic, play laser tag, or some other activity always accompanied by fellowship, food, and most importantly, readings from the Holy Bible, followed by Holy Communion and a time  of prayer.  Check out this WikiBook on house churches.
